Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Corals Cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities under their care meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
About the RoleThe Cleaning Operations Manager will lead a team of cleaners in performing duties such as hiring and training new staff members, coordinating activities, inspecting sites, and preparing budget estimates. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop the skills of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary expertise to carry out their duties efficiently
- Oversee the scheduling of work tasks, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Inspect sites regularly to identify any potential hazards or issues that may affect the cleanliness or safety of the area
- Develop and implement budgets and cost estimates for site maintenance and repairs
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties when needed and provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures
