We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic direction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Operational Excellence: Allocate resources to implement policies and programs, and establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them to create optimum working conditions.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
