Operations Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Swiftwood Forest Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective execution and strategic alignment.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and driving results-oriented initiatives.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive performance and growth.
- Fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Team player with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
