About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Public Relations and Communications to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy that showcases our brand's unique story and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic public relations and communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners to secure media coverage and drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic and revenue.
- Lead the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communications materials to showcase our brand's story and values.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media engagement, and other key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our public relations and communications efforts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful public relations and communications campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong sense of quality and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in public relations and communications.
