About the Role

Pioneer Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and customer service representatives.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
