Nutrition and Food Service Leadership Position

Reporting to the Manager of Nutrition and Food Services, the Nutrition and Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising front-line employees, managing day-to-day operations, meal service delivery, and ensuring safe and efficient operations in assigned work areas. This position serves as an ambassador and liaison within the integrated model of Nutrition and Food Services, providing resources and leadership for employees in designated areas and remote sites.
About YouWe are seeking a candidate with a strong background in nutrition or food management, preferably with a post-secondary degree or recognized course certification. Relevant experience in food service or clinical nutrition management is essential, with a minimum of two years' experience preferred. Strong leadership skills, including staff management, coaching, and conflict resolution, are necessary for success in this role. Additionally, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage front-line employees

$29.91 - $37.38 per hour, depending on experience
