Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal customers through the Customer Support Call Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process internal customer requests for portering, environmental, hospitality, and maintenance services.
  • Answer customer support phone calls, record details, and create tasks or work orders as needed.
  • Liaise with Corporate Services and Facilities staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Create, update, and print rosters and set-ups as required.
  • Provide front-line service to all customers and staff, following up on task completion.
  • Assign wireless devices to staff as needed.
