Power Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Class Power Engineer to join our team at our Lethbridge, AB location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain boilers and ammonia systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and coordinate corrective actions for equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of boiler house activities to support maintenance and repair efforts.
- Respond to fire alarms and first aid emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Valid 3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate.
- Valid First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in operating large steam boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in emergency situations.
- Excellent written, documentation, computer, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
