About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team at Gallagher. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored insurance solutions to our clients, ensuring their commercial property and assets are thoroughly protected against unforeseen incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a designated portfolio of clientele, focusing on business retention and ensuring seamless renewal experiences.
  • Update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, and process web-based updates.
  • Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs, and strengthening insurance partner relationships.
  • Continuously build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrade skills through learning and mentorship on coverage lines, insurance products, and client management systems.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and leverage available CRM capabilities, technology, and Gallagher resources.
