Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
