Food Service Manager

Milano's Ristorante LTD is seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and food order summaries for our chef.
- Maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
