About the Role

Vancouver Whistler Games Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diplomatic Protocol Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising support staff, performing administrative tasks, and planning logistics and overseeing diplomatic protocol of official visits to Canada by foreign politicians and dignitaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for official visits, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
  • Oversee the diplomatic protocol for official visits, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that the visits are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
