Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. This role will play a key part in driving marketing strategy and execution for our mobile games, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new games and live services, defining longer-term marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive business impact.
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner and voice of the player to studio leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead and influence a cross-functional team, collaborating with creative, UA, platform partners, social, influencer, PR, ASO, and brand teams.
  • Brief partners on marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Partner with the creative team on marketing asset development.
  • Collaborate with analytics to build accountability and input into product performance expectations.
  • Partner with finance and operations on budget management for brand programs.
  • Manage marketing campaign calendars, asset deliveries, and messaging for target audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Analytical marketer who can translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing a cross-functional team.
  • Integrated marketing experience including paid, owned, and organic channels.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
