Food Service Team Lead

Join Dairy Queen as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless food preparation and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Manage food service staff, including hiring and training
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure accurate tray assembly
- College or CEGEP education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team setting
