About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the fuel and retail industry, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst to assist with collecting, filing and processing invoices for vendors and customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the collection, filing, and processing of invoices for both Canadian and US accounts. They will also ensure that W9 forms are current and on file, verify fleet and Visa statements, and perform other administrative tasks related to accounts payable.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as an Accounts Payable Analyst for both Canadian and US accounts
  • Experience ensuring W9 forms are current and on file
  • Experience verifying fleet and Visa statements
Benefits

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
