Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our Transactions team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with valuation engagements, financial modeling, and research projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of valuations engagements for various purposes such as shareholder planning, management buy-outs, and litigation support.
  • Preparing financial models to support business owners in solving complex financial problems.
  • Conducting detailed industry research for business valuations, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions engagements.
  • Preparation of confidential information memorandums (CIM) and other transaction-related documentation.
  • Supporting clients with aspects of the purchase and sale of a business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recently qualified CPA, CFE candidate, or on-track to write the CFE in September 2025.
  • Enrollment in, or interest in pursuing, a specialist designation (i.e., Chartered Business Valuator).
  • 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Previous experience with litigation support would be considered an asset.
