E-Store Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic E-Store Sales Manager to join our team at L'OREAL GROUP. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead our e-store team and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance
- Drive and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for the department.
- Welcome customers into the store, address their inquiries, and actively engage with them.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing outstanding sales service, assessing customer needs, and offering information on product features.
- Maintain the store in an in-stock and presentable condition, ensuring SalonCentric merchandising standards are upheld.
- Manage the inventory ordering process to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Lead the store team, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Host in-store events and training sessions in collaboration with vendors.
- Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service and retail sales, complemented by at least one year of prior experience in sales, operations, and performance oversight.
- Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated prowess in organizational and time management.
