Construction Manager for Large-Scale Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, with a focus on budget management, resource allocation, and team leadership.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, coordinating regional work, establishing financial controls, and representing the organization in official functions.
Responsibilities- Manage budgets of $1.5 million to $4 million and allocate resources accordingly.
- Authorise the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure project goals are met.
- Establish and implement financial and administrative controls.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a senior role.
- A strong understanding of budget management, financial planning, and human resources.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other construction-related software.
This role requires a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to relocate and adapt to changing circumstances.
