We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our industrial and commercial projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily operations for our industrial and commercial projects. Your expertise in construction management will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project development, including conceptual design, detailed design, and construction documentation.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion and maximum efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Analyze and resolve project issues and conflicts effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
