Job Title: General Manager Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at CC City View Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
