Job Title: Sales General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at Lifeline Fire Protection. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Lifeline Fire Protection remains competitive
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
