Store General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store General Manager to join our team at Golf Town. As a Store General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and customer service in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and drive a selling culture to maximize store business results.
- Foster company values and culture to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Grow sales and profit through a solid understanding of the local market and community involvement.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates and department managers to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in big-box retail management.
- Strong financial management skills, including the ability to review and analyze financial statements.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, discipline, and develop staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate others.
- Proficiency in basic computer use, including email, MS Word, and Excel.
