Job Title: General Manager, Sales

CC Maple Inc. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate regional, divisional, or departmental work
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate policies
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Oversee company operations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Lead data administrators in developing data policies
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
