Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leena's Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
