As a Retail Store Associate Part Time at Marshalls, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Our teams are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers with a Smile: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our store. You'll be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to answer questions and provide recommendations to our customers.
  • Processing Shipments and Maintaining a Clean Warehouse: You'll be responsible for processing daily shipments, organizing and setting up the warehouse area, and ensuring that all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a way that meets our high standards.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You'll be working closely with our customers to process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with our company guidelines. You'll also be assisting with Fitting Room duties, ensuring that the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Working as Part of a Team: You'll be working closely with our other team members to achieve our sales and customer service goals. You'll be a team player who is always willing to lend a hand and support your colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or Equivalent: You'll need to have a high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Warehouse Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a warehouse environment, setting up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
