Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ashcroft Grocery Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales recommendations.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing other tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Work Setting: Confectionery/corner store or supermarket/grocery store environment.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
