We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Assisting with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store objectives and targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
We offer a competitive salary range of $19.40 to $29.15 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, and education-related initiatives.
