Sales Professional

At Arterra Wines Canada, we're passionate about creating unforgettable moments with our products. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our provincial sales strategy and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize coverage in your territory to achieve sales objectives, service current products, and secure distribution of Arterra products at LCBO, On-Premise, and Grocery channels.
- Ensure your territory's annual sales volume, revenue, and margin contribution support the provincial plan.
- Plan and prioritize customer visits to achieve organizational goals, and ensure you have all necessary information to communicate and present to customers.
- Negotiate display space, shelf space, and inventory levels with customers.
- Execute store audits to ensure marketing activities are executed as planned and report any breaches to management.
- Increase product distribution in all retail and licensee locations.
- Focus on licensee accounts, including staff training and cold calling.
- Manage paperwork and reports as required.
- Communicate any facts or situations that could impact Arterra's business to the District Sales Manager.
- Identify new opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all customers and colleagues.
- University degree or College Diploma.
- 3+ years' experience in sales, with experience in retail or licensee industry a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Internet.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ideal candidate will be based in Toronto North (Brampton, Markham, Woodbridge).
- Able to spend majority of time traveling within territory.
- Wine knowledge/education a plus but not required.
- Your vehicle must be less than 5 years old.
- Smart Serve Course a must.
