Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations and providing homeowners with the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.

You will travel to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes, perform product demonstrations, and discuss custom quotes with homeowners.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis, has a valid driver's license, and is able to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.

Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

As a Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure, with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.

You will also have access to a full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a student loan repayment program.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
