Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at EAST WEST AUTO BODY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars and conferences: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- HR Department Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Staff Supervision: Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their best work
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Training and Development: Train other workers and conduct performance reviews
- Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments
- Contract Management: Manage contracts
- Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Electronic Enquiries: Answer electronic enquiries
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Hiring: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Digital Database: Maintain and manage digital database
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
