Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

Mountain Plains Community Services Society of the North is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinator and other staff members
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
  • Driver's Abstract
  • Clear Criminal Records Check
  • Clear Children's Service Intervention Record Check
  • Vehicle Insurance stating $2 million liability and access to a vehicle
