Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Blazesoft. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues. You will also maintain and administer the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and administer the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor, manage, and secure the organization's networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware equipment.
  • Manage and ensure data backup processes are in place and functioning correctly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, processes, and changes.

Requirements

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Systems Maintenance: Maintain and administer the company's IT systems.
  • Network Administration: Monitor, manage, and secure the organization's networks.
  • Software and Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware equipment.
  • Backup and Recovery: Manage and ensure data backup processes are in place and functioning correctly.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, processes, and changes.
