The Opportunity

WSP's ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) Sector is currently seeking a Project Manager to support the growth of our Industrial and Resources group in one of our offices in Sudbury or GTA (Toronto, Etobicoke, Thornhill, Whitby and/or Mississauga).

Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of the industrial sector, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management.
  • Proven project management experience in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
