About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Industrial and Resources group in Sudbury or GTA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering deliverables on complex multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Resourcing and Budget Management
  • Coordinate Engineering Deliverables with discipline leads
  • Maintain man-loading planning
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule and cost control reports
  • Manage project changes
  • Prepare and maintain HSE and Quality procedures for each project
  • Handle Owner and Stakeholder Reporting
  • Respond to project scope of work
  • Capture and report lessons learned from previous projects
  • Lead and support Business Development efforts in proposal preparation
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering
  • At least 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment focused on Industrial clients and projects
  • 3 years of Project Management experience managing multidisciplinary projects
  • EIT, CET or P.Eng. designation
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • A self-motivated individual looking for advancement opportunities
  • Ability to easily interact with clients in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Valid driving license
