About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Equity Markets group within the Capital Markets Technology team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the implementation and maintenance of trading systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Analysis and Reporting - Conduct in-depth analysis of complex technical information to identify risk levels and technical feasibility, ensuring seamless trading system operations.
  • Project Coordination and Management - Lead project coordination efforts, synchronizing internal technology teams to deliver optimal solutions for both internal and external clients.
  • Client Onboarding and Support - Collaborate with trading desk users to onboard clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Technical Leadership and Innovation - Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology issues, driving business value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education - A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
