Construction Site Assistant

We are seeking a reliable Construction Site Assistant to join our team at Reliable Developments.
Responsibilities- Unload and transport construction materials, ensuring safe handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Perform pre-operational inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Read blueprints and instructions to determine work requirements and complete tasks efficiently.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, demonstrating attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy workspace and promoting sustainability.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 1 year of experience in a related field, with a focus on construction or manual labor.
- Ability to work under pressure, lift heavy objects, and maintain attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
