About the Role:

  • You will assist in the development, updates, and uploads of resources for educational and grant programs
  • Support website development and maintenance
  • Provide customer service/helpdesk ticket support and ensure high-quality customer service for users of our educational products and initiatives
  • Participate in beta-testing support of our educational platforms and modules, proactively identifying potential issues and suggesting fixes where applicable
  • Support the development of recruitment, onboarding, and implementation materials and knowledge products
  • Attend communities of practice or events to support stakeholders, learners, and/or team members
  • Complete project administration- and logistics-related tasks, as delegated (e.g., meeting minutes)
  • Collaborate with team members to suggest, implement, and maintain digital filing systems
  • Assist with data collection, data entry, data cleaning, analysis, data backups, and reporting (qualitative and quantitative data), as needed
  • Work collaboratively with key partners and internal and external stakeholders to achieve project aims

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, eLearning, Computer Technology, or other related field) is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Interest in innovative approaches to healthcare education
  • Familiarity with website software
  • Comfort and experience learning new technology
  • A desire to provide high-quality customer service experiences for end users
  • Ability to navigate multiple competing priorities and takes initiative
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods (quantitative and/or qualitative)
  • Detail-oriented, with analytical problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in use of educational and communication technologies including teleconferencing, learning and eLearning platforms, and project management software
