About the Role

Purolator is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our Adjustments and Payment Processing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and resolving credit requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming customer inquiries and credit requests, providing prompt and professional responses to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Accounts Receivable, to ensure accurate and efficient credit processing.
  • Enter credits and dispute cases into our S4 Hana system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales to provide best-in-class customer service experiences, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a computerized Accounts Receivable and/or Collection system.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana) and Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Above-average problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of billing, contracts, claims, debit/credits, and related areas is an asset.
  • Excellent telephone skills and strong organizational abilities.
