We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive Operational Excellence and Change Management initiatives across our organization at Pace Inc. As an Asset Management Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in new markets while fostering a culture of excellence.

With a passion for change management and a specialization in Mining Health and Safety Operations, you will lead the implementation of improvement projects, provide training and coaching to teams, and serve as an expert resource on Change Management/Operational Excellence.

A successful candidate will have post-secondary education, certification in Prosci ADKAR methodology, and experience with process improvements, Operational Excellence change management, education, training, coaching, and facilitation. Proficiency in computers and technology, excellent communication and social skills, and the ability to present to groups are essential.

In this role, you will analyze customer requirements, diagnose change management challenges, learn our technology platforms, and customize training modules to suit team needs. With exposure to business financial management, internal operational planning, and resource scheduling, you will contribute to our vision of achieving excellence every day.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus based on individual performance and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify change management opportunities.
  • Leverage expertise in Change Management/Operational Excellence to facilitate project implementation and improve processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management Professional, CMA, PMP, Lean Certifications).
  • Prosci ADKAR methodology certification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvements, Operational Excellence change management, education, training, coaching, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in computer software, technical, and social systems.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to present to groups.
  • Ability to lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques.
