Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager for Global Expansion to join our team As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading full cycle recruitment from role definition, candidate screening and evaluation to offer of employment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly recruitment meetings, develop candidate pipelines, and strategize with team members to pass on leads.
- Assist in defining our employee value proposition and talent brand identity, aligning it with social media and employer branding strategies.
- Develop recruitment strategies, enhance sourcing, and manage internal mobility processes, including relocation and immigration for international candidates.
- Administer applicant tracking systems and job posting boards, track, and report relevant HR metrics.
Requirements:
- A Human Resources major or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years' recruitment experience, with construction industry experience being a definite asset.
