Maarut Inc is seeking a skilled Trainer to play a pivotal role in the Domain training process. The ideal candidate will participate in Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure processes are documented and transferred to the operations team. Key responsibilities include delivering Generic Domain Specific Modules, upskilling resources on processes, structuring onboarding training requirements, and ensuring new employees follow a defined learning path. The Trainer will also deliver pre-process and process training, support new hires during on-the-job training and go-live, provide refresher and remedial training, and maintain trainee data and information. Additionally, the Trainer will generate training reports, support administrative tasks, create and customize training content, provide feedback and coaching to analysts, and analyze training needs for employees working for the account. The successful candidate will have good hands-on system and application expertise, fluent English language skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep knowledge of the business.
