Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at SIGNAL 88 SECURITY OF LONDON ONTARIO. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and machinery, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security efforts.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of environments.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
