Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at Signal 88 Security of London Ontario. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
