About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position at Lakehead University. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Taught one or more university subjects in veterinary medicine, including lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions.
- Conducting research in the field of specialization and publishing papers in reputable journals.
- Directing research programs of graduate students and supervising their projects.
- Serving on faculty committees dealing with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
- Preparing special lectures and presentations for conferences and consultations.
- Performing administrative tasks and contributing to the development of the department.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 CAD per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
