We're seeking a talented Service Excellence Lead to join our team at 1 Hotel Toronto.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring their colleagues to do the same. As a leader, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring new hires, setting them up for success in the most productive ways.

As a key member of our Front Office department, you will work closely with our service team to ensure that every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for throughout their stay. You'll also have the opportunity to share your ideas and contribute to the development of new initiatives that drive engagement and financial performance.

About You...

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, leadership skills, and ability to engage both guests and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
