The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our process excellence initiatives across various manufacturing lines. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement process excellence strategies to optimize manufacturing operations and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and drive project execution.
- Lead and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, with a proven track record of process excellence and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on results-driven outcomes.
