Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with our business strategy.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our interests and values.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, empowering our team to succeed.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring sound business practices.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Computer and Technology: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MS PowerPoint.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Flexibility and Organization: Exhibit flexibility, organization, and a team player mindset, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
