Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting goals, and establishing policies and programs.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including selecting and developing talent, delegating authority, and creating a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our organization, including managing processes, systems, and resources.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
