We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the planning and control of budgets and expenditures.
    • Manage the coordination of sales projects and programs.
    • Provide customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervision and Development
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or sales management role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
