About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department
    • Manage sales budgets and forecasts
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and productivity
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing and customer service teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
